1. Qué ofrecemos

Abierto Ya crea y aloja una página web para tu negocio o marca con uno de nuestros diseños, con los textos, fotos y datos que nos das. Incluye un panel para que tú cambies fotos, textos, precios, horario y enlaces.

2. Precio y pagos

Pago inicial único de $20 para armar tu web.
Mensualidad de $39.99, cobrada automáticamente a tu tarjeta cada mes a través de Stripe.
Servicios adicionales (dominio propio, reservas en línea, cambios hechos por nosotros) tienen el precio publicado en nuestra web o el que te confirmemos por escrito antes de hacerlos.
Si un pago falla, lo reintentaremos y te avisaremos. Si no se regulariza en 14 días, podemos pausar tu web.

3. Sin contrato, cancelas cuando quieras

El servicio es mes a mes. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento escribiéndonos; no hay penalidad. Tu web sigue en línea hasta el final del mes ya pagado. Los pagos ya hechos no se reembolsan.

4. Qué es tuyo y qué es nuestro

Es tuyo: los textos, fotos, logos y datos que nos entregas, y tu dominio propio si lo contrataste (se registra a tu nombre). Si cancelas, te enviamos tus fotos y textos.
Es nuestro: los diseños, el panel, el código y la plataforma donde vive tu web. Funcionan mientras tu plan esté activo y no se transfieren al cancelar.

Nos das permiso para usar tu contenido solo para mostrar tu web y darte el servicio.

5. Tu contenido

Eres responsable de que tengas derecho a usar los textos, fotos y logos que nos das, y de que la información de tu web sea correcta. No publicamos contenido ilegal, engañoso, que infrinja derechos de otros o para adultos. Podemos retirar contenido que viole estos términos.

6. Cambios y soporte

Los cambios que permite el panel los haces tú, sin costo. Cualquier otro cambio lo hacemos nosotros por el precio publicado o el que te confirmemos antes. El soporte técnico (la web no carga, el panel no funciona) está incluido en la mensualidad.

7. Disponibilidad

Hacemos lo razonable para que tu web esté siempre en línea, pero no garantizamos que nunca haya interrupciones. No respondemos por pérdidas indirectas (como ventas no realizadas). Nuestra responsabilidad máxima se limita a lo que pagaste en los últimos 3 meses.

8. Cambios a estos términos

Si cambiamos estos términos o los precios, te avisaremos por correo o WhatsApp al menos 30 días antes. Si no estás de acuerdo, puedes cancelar.

1. What we offer

Abierto Ya builds and hosts a website for your business or brand with one of our designs, using the text, photos and details you provide. It includes a panel where you change photos, text, prices, hours and links yourself.

2. Price and payments

A one-time setup payment of $20.
A monthly fee of $39.99, charged automatically to your card through Stripe.
Extra services (own domain, online bookings, changes done by us) are priced as published on our site or as confirmed to you in writing before we do them.
If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. If it isn't resolved within 14 days, we may pause your site.

3. No contract, cancel anytime

The service is month to month. You may cancel at any time by contacting us, with no penalty. Your site stays live until the end of the month already paid. Payments already made are not refunded.

4. What is yours and what is ours

Yours: the text, photos, logos and data you give us, and your own domain if you purchased it (registered in your name). If you cancel, we send you your photos and text.
Ours: the designs, panel, code and platform your site runs on. They work while your plan is active and are not transferred on cancellation.

5. Your content

You are responsible for having the right to use the content you provide and for the accuracy of your site's information. We do not publish illegal, misleading, infringing or adult content, and may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Changes and support

Changes the panel allows are yours to make, free. Any other change is done by us at the published price or one confirmed in advance. Technical support is included in the monthly fee.

7. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep your site online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email or WhatsApp at least 30 days before changing these terms or prices. If you disagree, you may cancel.
